Do you ship across all of Canada?
Yes! We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Every order is carefully packed in eco-conscious materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Are your terrariums pet-friendly?
Absolutely. We offer pet-safe plant options for customers with cats and dogs. Simply mention your pets when ordering and we'll ensure your terrarium uses non-toxic plant selections.
How much maintenance is required?
Very little! Our closed terrariums are nearly self-sustaining. Open terrariums need occasional misting. We include a full care guide with every order.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! Custom orders are welcome. Share your vision, space dimensions, and colour preferences and we'll craft something uniquely yours. Custom pieces take 7 to 14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Contact us at info@freshjoy.ca and we'll guide you through the process.
How is my terrarium packaged?
Each terrarium is hand-wrapped in eco-friendly protective materials and placed in a custom premium box with a care guide. We take great pride in the unboxing experience.
